Testers are the same original fragrances that you find in full size perfume bottles. Fragrance companies manufacture testers to promote their products. Testers may come in a variety sizes and forms of packing – some come with simple white, brown box or unboxed with or without a cap and may be labeled “Demonstration” or “Tester”. The quality of the perfumes themselves are not affected at all and are the same as the one in retail fancy box. All testers are sold unused, with the entire original quantity in the container. If you’re purchasing for yourself, testers are a great way for you to get perfume for better discount but may not be appropriate for gift. SHIPPING We ship all orders the same day or next business day. Once an order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We ship to all USA states including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO and selected international destinations. (Please check shipping and handling tab for country specific details) Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at the checkout. We will not make any changes to the shipping address once you place the order. If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct $6.99 from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund. RETURNS We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to make an exchange or a refund of the product price less Shipping & handling within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Please contact us before returning an item to get a RMA number. Any return without a RMA number will not be accepted or processed. All returns should be accompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on Skincare and Hair care products.
