SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS We usually ship 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. We offer USPS Parcel Post (7-20 days), USPS Priority Mail (2-7 days), and UPS Ground shipping (2-10 days). Please note that USPS Priority Mail can take 7 days to 30 days to reach international customers. This timeframe includes the time spent going through customs. In some countries customs can delay shipping time for up to six weeks. If you are an international buyer, you may want to inquire about customs fees in your country before you make a purchase. If you receive a damaged international package please keep the box and the damaged item for the required inspection by your local post office, and contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim for you. Fortunately, less than 1% of the packages that we ship are damaged or lost by the post office. When packages are damaged, the damage is usually only to the box and does not reach the item which is packaged with foam peanuts and bubble wrap.
