The Kectil Youth Development Program is a transformative web-based mentoring programme seeking to empower talented youth in developing and least-developed countries. It provides these young individuals with the tools needed to shape a brighter future. The program extends an invitation to youth, particularly those aged 17 to 26 and hailing from remote or disadvantaged areas, to embark on this incredible journey.
Throughout the year-long program, participants undergo comprehensive preparation to emerge as change leaders in their communities. This preparation encompasses leadership development, global citizenship, self-awareness, and vision planning.
